We
are located on the southeast side of Highway 8 in the lower level of the
Fairview Lakes Regional Medical Center, Chisago Lakes Office. (Also
known as the old Chisago Lakes Hospital.)
Look
for the "Dental Office" sign on the building above the entrance.
